I'm playing Guild Wars 2 (although I've neglected it), single player I'm currently playing Kingdoms of Amalur. Games I keep going back to are Minecraft, The Sims 3 and Civ5. Games I'm yet to play if I ever get time in between "having a life" are Witcher 2 and Mass Effect 3. I keep cheekily returning to Skyrim and then being sad because there are only repeatable quests need a bigger expansion, such as the Shivering Isles was.

@CaKaLusa - Aha, yeah my bf is playing Planetside 2 which is is enjoying, and I hear Far Cry 3 is supposed to be really good? I've too many games to be bothered to try it though, lol. I'm more into rpg's, I'm rubbish at shooters, I played Call of Duty a few times but got so bored, just shooting people is not my cup of tea! I just tried to hide but they found me anyway, hahaha. I enjoyed Civ5 recently because I've not played a strategy since Red Alert 2! So that was amazing fun.
Nah man, if its newer than N64, I suck at it. Unless its DDR or Rock band, but those don't really count do they?

@MyLifeExpose - Nice choice of games. I've stopped playing Diablo 3 for a month now. It just seems like a long grind past lvl 60. I recently installed Planetside 2. It's a steep learning curve; coming from playing Battlefield 3 almost every night. I'll give it a another run tonight to see if I change my mind of uninstalling it.
I've played WoW back in middle school and came back to it. Got bored and jumped to Heroes of Newerth. I was in a Call of Duty (World of wars) phase for a bit (for pc gaming of course!) and I still play it from time to time but not religiously like that other games that I enjoy. My friend introduced League of Legends and I was on that for a bit. I was in beta with Guild Wars 2 but lacked the time and dedication so I fell out of it for a bit ( I brought it too!) I am getting back into it once winterbreak hits! I got a Diablo3 beta key from my friend and checked that out. I watched the game went from fun to bad (apparently they changed the auction house and people are going ape shytz!)Now, I just started on Dota2 and my friend is getting me into Planetside 2 soon. He loved Planetside1 and he swored that it was his favorite game of all time. I just recently got a very nice desktop computer deal on Cyberpower for Cyber Monday. I'm waiting for it to come and they are throwing in Assasin Creed so I might check that out. I'm typically into strategy games. I play a few typical console games like Mario Kart and etc, but those are not my sole favorite... they're just for casual gaming like Call of Duty and Counterstrike. Honestly, I think there are more girl gamers now than there were girl gamers back then in the day. Esport has grown and as well as the conception of gaming. It's cheaper than going out and it's fun! Why go out and spend $$$$ when you can buy a game and be entertained for a long time! PC GAMES FTW AND FOREVER!

Yes. There is never a "nerdy enough" when it comes to being a girl and being a gamer. Some dudes are pretty stuck on feeling superior in their epic gaming knowledge. This is why I'm a gaming voyeur instead. I just like to watch.
MW3 & COD: BLOPSII but I've been told that I'm not considered a "gamer" for those games but that I am a fat, stupid whore BECAUSE I'm a girl who plays those games by the guys that play them. They know how to treat the ladies!
I'm not a "gamer", really, but I can hold a decent conversation about games and know a lot about the culture itself. My brother and my boyfriend are both gamers, so it comes with the territory.

I'm playing Guild Wars 2 (although I've neglected it), single player I'm currently playing Kingdoms of Amalur. Games I keep going back to are Minecraft, The Sims 3 and Civ5. Games I'm yet to play if I ever get time in between "having a life" are Witcher 2 and Mass Effect 3. I keep cheekily returning to Skyrim and then being sad because there are only repeatable quests

@chadwilly - I was on a staycation the past week and beat Black Ops 2 and Hitman Absolution. I'm currently playing Far Cry 3 and Planetside 2. And as a regular staple, Battlefield 3, which I play with my squadmates almost every weeknight.
@CaKaLusa - Aha, yeah my bf is playing Planetside 2 which is is enjoying, and I hear Far Cry 3 is supposed to be really good? I've too many games to be bothered to try it though, lol. I'm more into rpg's, I'm rubbish at shooters, I played Call of Duty a few times but got so bored, just shooting people is not my cup of tea! I just tried to hide but they found me anyway, hahaha. I enjoyed Civ5 recently because I've not played a strategy since Red Alert 2! So that was amazing fun.
Nah man, if its newer than N64, I suck at it. Unless its DDR or Rock band, but those don't really count do they?

@MyLifeExpose - Nice choice of games. I've stopped playing Diablo 3 for a month now. It just seems like a long grind past lvl 60. I recently installed Planetside 2. It's a steep learning curve; coming from playing Battlefield 3 almost every night. I'll give it a another run tonight to see if I change my mind of uninstalling it.
I've played WoW back in middle school and came back to it. Got bored and jumped to Heroes of Newerth. I was in a Call of Duty (World of wars) phase for a bit (for pc gaming of course!) and I still play it from time to time but not religiously like that other games that I enjoy. My friend introduced League of Legends and I was on that for a bit. I was in beta with Guild Wars 2 but lacked the time and dedication so I fell out of it for a bit ( I brought it too!) I am getting back into it once winterbreak hits! I got a Diablo3 beta key from my friend and checked that out. I watched the game went from fun to bad (apparently they changed the auction house and people are going ape shytz!)Now, I just started on Dota2 and my friend is getting me into Planetside 2 soon. He loved Planetside1 and he swored that it was his favorite game of all time. I just recently got a very nice desktop computer deal on Cyberpower for Cyber Monday. I'm waiting for it to come and they are throwing in Assasin Creed so I might check that out. I'm typically into strategy games. I play a few typical console games like Mario Kart and etc, but those are not my sole favorite... they're just for casual gaming like Call of Duty and Counterstrike. Honestly, I think there are more girl gamers now than there were girl gamers back then in the day. Esport has grown and as well as the conception of gaming. It's cheaper than going out and it's fun! Why go out and spend $$$$ when you can buy a game and be entertained for a long time! PC GAMES FTW AND FOREVER!
