They're all bored. I think they should have power naps throughout the day. Like, instead of a break, you get 5 minutes of nap time. It recharges the brain. The body can keep going but the brain needs something or an activity. A little perk of sugar never hurt anyone either, just not too much or you're going to crash.
It seems like such a boring job, no wonder they fall asleep. But I'm sure it's the worst things that happen when they do.
