• Operation M.E.B.F.J. & Karaoke.

  Whenever @roadlesstaken comes to NY, there's one of four things that happen; sometimes all of them at the same time:

  1) Karaoke
  2) Lots of Soju
  3) Bonchon
  4) Too many flashing cameras.

  This past labor day weekend of laborless activities left my liver--along with many others--frail, permanently damaged, and writhing in pain. So yes, all of the above happened at the same time. Many people's throats were left hoarse and sore, and there wasn't a BJ at all. How about that? We NY'ers can have some wholesome fun after all!

  But before meeting up with Alex and the rest of the other Xagans for dinner at Bonchon, @lovejennyy and I ventured off into the city during the early afternoon for Operation MEBFJ. "What the pineapple is MEBFJ?" "Make Every Black Fight Jews?" Not quite. But just as confrontational. It's Operation "Make Ex-Boyfriend Jealous." If you've been following Jenny's blog, she recently ended her relationship quite messily (hint hint, she's single, my male readers) with a guy that would make Scumbag Steve envious of.

  

  So what did Operation MEBFJ entail? Taking as many "couple" photos together to post on FB to enrage the ex. In theory, it sounded amazing. In practice, halfway through our operation, Jenny and I got too tired and ended up eating and drinking the rest of the day. Success? Do we seem "couply" enough? You be the judge.

  Where Jenny and I came up of a list of business ideas. If I wrote the concepts down, you'd probably laugh at them and shoot milk out of your nose. But in actuality, if we presented the idea, we'd actually make some serious bank. PATENT PENDING!

  My face was frozen after the first bite. It's not that it's terrible, I'd ordered the classic bar foods next time, like escargot, lobster tails, or caviar.
