Online dating can be really, really weird.Only a few years ago, online dating was a taboo concept. Now, more of my friends--even here on Xanga--are opening up to the idea of online dating. Here are the people who ruin it for everyone else on dating sites.

hahaha. by far the funniest moment of my time working at Sears Portrait Studio was a 60 year old man coming in to get pictures taken for his eharmony profile. I was trying so hard not to laugh through that whole shoot. He kept saying "I just have a vision of me just glancing over my shoulder"

Cough.Often wanted to join a dating site just for kicks alone [27 cases in point, exhibited!], but felt that'd be slightly too cruel? Some of these guys are highly misguided, but 100% earnest, honest...aw, pity the poor souls.

I made one on a site fishier than OkCupid, made the first line of my profile "I am NOT looking for a relationship, casual sex, yada yada."It's amazing how offended people got after they messaged me for these things anyway and were rejected...I do have an active OkCupid profile. It's been a bit of a mixed bag as far as meetups go, but that's after sorting through the above types.

What sort of school do you have to go to in order to become an airplane? I'm guessing writing skills are not required for such things...I have gone on dates with people from the internet, but never more than one. I have weeded through quite a few weirdos, though thankfully none of these!
