Lets all hope the Houston Ass-Hos lose game 7 in the bottom of the 9th with 2
outs, by walking in a batter with the bases loaded--especially by
ex-Yankee, Andy Pettitte. Oh, sweet, sweet, revenge for leaving.With that story aside, adding to the ever-growing Yankee media coverage is the short-tempered Yankee owner, George
Steinrenner. George Steinbrenner is a rich guy. A very rich guy. And
with riches, you get to do pretty much whatever you want. Having four
ex-Yankees end up on teams that are currently in the World Series is
certainly not one of them. Many of these players had magnificent
seasons after being cast-offs from George's tyranny.Many questioned his
choices. He is complicated. He is temperamental. He is contradictory.
Many
people have differing opinions when it comes to Yankees owner George
Steinbrenner, probably as differing as his moods. Love him or hate him,
Steinbrenner didn't get to where he is today by chance, but is he
running out of time with his Yank's?

Although it has been almost 2 months since Hurricane Katrina hit, and a month since Hurricane Rita, people are still in desperate need of help. The media has stopped covering the disaster as much, but people need to be aware that there are still people dying everyday, people who don’t have the food, water, medications, or shelter that they need to survive.
We’ve pretty much started an organization to get these people what they need, although we don’t have an official name, we’re doing what we can, but there is only so much you can do with no financial aid, no real outside support. At this precise moment we are not asking for donations, not asking for volunteers. We ask that you stay tuned to my journal, while we finish preparations on a small video trailer, showing the things that have already been done, a teaser for a video that will come out later, and will shock you to no end. And it isn’t over yet. We are more than prepared to be there for those who will be affected by Hurricane Wilma, and hopefully any other natural disaster that will come our way.
We’re not asking anyone to jump to help us without an explanation, and that will come with time. If things go as planned, we will have a link for the trailer tomorrow, and if anybody is interested in helping in any way, shape, or form, please e-mail Morgan at TinkerDumplin@aol.com or leave a comment at http://www.xanga.com/disasterrelief and as things progress, we will let you know what you can do to help, which most likely will never even involve leaving your home.

I dunno. Steinbrenner deserves what he did to Pettitte, El Duque and Jose Contreras, dumping them like dogs. Honestly, Pettitte should have received a contract offer to at least match or more from the Yankees. That was Steinbrenner's fault. Steinbrenner also went crazy after the lack of performances provided by El Duque and Contreras, and now they are a tandem on the White Sox to try to win their first WS in 94 years. And who's to say a guy wants to change his mind. The decision to play baseball was his, and even Steinbrenner was on his case many many times as a Yankee.
On Costas Now, manager Joe Torre stated that Steinbrenner is only concerned with winning today, and if there is a loss or an error, he's not concerned about these things happening, but these things being fixed and never happening again. He clearly lacks knowing the nuances of baseball.
RiceBunny week was sweet. It was tasty, in a way that I would get in trouble with my girlfriend; like a boy with an asian fetish who knows that "Me Make Love Long Time"--with pictures. It was entertainingly feminine.
